Sherry is thrilled to be making her Vienna’s English Theatre debut with Ring of Fire. Off-Broadway and Regional directing and choreography credits include: Hank Williams: Lost Highway; The Million Dollar Quartet; The Bourgeois Gentleman; Pump Boys and Dinettes; Stand by Your Man: The Tammy Wynette Story; Stars in Your Eyes, and Anything Goes. Also, as associate Director of Woody Sez: The Life and Music of Woody Guthrie, she set productions at Chicago’s Northlight Theater, Theater J in Washington, D.C., Asolo Rep in Sarasota, People’s Light Theatre in Malvern, PA. and its 2013 UK National Tour.
Sherry was part of the regional reinvention of Ring of Fire at North Carolina’s Flat Rock Playhouse; she has directed subsequent productions in upstate New York, Florida, Missouri, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. Her acting credits include Crimes of the Heart, The Last Night of Ballyhoo, Brighton Beach Memoirs (with Robert Sean Leonard), The Bourgeois Gentlemen, Stars in Your Eyes, Pump Boys, Lost Highway, Anything Goes and Abigail in the Off-Broadway revival of Arthur Miller’s The Crucible.
