Jack was born and brought up in Suffolk, where his early acting experiences included work with Suffolk Youth Theatre and the Wolsey Theatre in Ipswich.

For the past three years he has been training at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art where theatre credits included: Prince Hal in Henry IV part II, Sparkish in The Country Wife, Soranzo in Tis Pity She’s a Whore, Sebastian in The Witch, Trigorin in The Seagull, Gadd/Fredrick de Foenix in Trelawney of the Wells, Bloom in Ulysses, various parts in The Caucasian Chalk Circle, Arthur in Early Morning, Silver Johnny in Mojo and Halder in Good
