Gareth is the youngest person ever to be nominated for the Tony Award for Sound Design for his work on Trevor Nunn’s Broadway production of A Little Night Music, starring Angela Lansbury and Catherine Zeta-Jones.

Gareth is also the youngest person to be nominated for the Olivier Award for Best Sound Design for his work on Terry Johnson’s End of the Rainbow, for which he received a second Tony Award upon its Broadway transfer.
